The annual Dinner will take place at Relais Plein Air on Wednesday 19 at 6:30pm. Tickets will be sold at the Seminar for $30 including tax. Please make your purchase or reservations with the
National Office before Monday noon.
March 15th, 2014 - At the 2013 AGM CANSI’s Board of Directors proposed that the membership approve new By-Laws that meet the new rules for Not-For-Profit corporations in Canada. They were developed by a lawyer working with Jeff Hampshire and reflect the considerable recommendations that many of you provided after reviewing the previous version. They were approved at the AGM and came into effect immediately.
A French version is now available. Note that the
English version will be the official version, but the French version is intended to be as close as possible based on a translation done by a certified translator of English to French.

Marie-Catherine Bruno
has good reason to celebrate! She has just become Canada’s first lady of nordic
ski instruction - achieving CANSI’s elite status as a Master Instructor. A
master instructor has Level IV Cross-Country and Level III Telemark instructor
certifications. Marie-Cat is the first woman to achieve this master instructor
status and is only the third person in Canada to achieve this status. This
marks the culmination of a 10 year journey for Marie-Cat, though her life on
skis started well before that.
